I've spent the last two weeks in the Ivory Coast, a country in the western part of Africa that borders Ghana and Burkina Faso, amongst others. This isn't the first time I have been. I have plenty of family in Africa so annual or bi-annual trips have been a regular thing since I was little. But of course every time I travel there the experience is different. As you grow older, you tend to notice different things about the same place.
